Yes. Every piece is individually handcrafted in our atelier. As each design is created by hand, slight variations are a natural part of the process and reflect the uniqueness of every creation.
Are the embellishments securely attached?
Yes. We use professional-grade materials and techniques designed to provide lasting durability when the glasses are used and cared for appropriately.
What are the glasses made of?
Our inaugural collection is crafted from premium European glass rather than crystal. We selected this material for its exceptional clarity, refined profile and suitability for our intricate hand embellishment process.
Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely. Our Bespoke Commissions service allows you to personalise colours, embellishments, initials, monograms, wedding dates and other design elements depending on your requirements.
Do you offer custom designs for weddings or events?
Yes. We work with couples, wedding planners, luxury venues and businesses to create bespoke designs for weddings, celebrations, corporate gifting and special occasions.
How long does production take?
As every piece is made to order, production typically takes 5 to 6 business days before dispatch. Bespoke commissions may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As every creation is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a continuous unboxing video so we can assess the issue.
Can I gift Zahra Razvi creations?
Certainly. Our collections make meaningful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, housewarmings and other special occasions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only across India. We will soon be starting international shipping.
